6.1 Game Outcomes. All games on the 77jil Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems to determine outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, 77jil reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.
6.2 Malfunction Policy. 14.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaint procedures.
14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
